Naomi acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land upon which they write, work, learn and live - the Yugambeh people. Naomi pays deep respect to their Elders past and present. Naomi appreciates that the Yugambeh people were the first poets and storytellers on this land of which sovereignty was never ceded.
